Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How long it takes

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of being placed.

Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days — so most orders arrive within 6 to 9 working days of being placed, which is around one and a half to two weeks.

Our formulations are made to order in small batches rather than sitting in a warehouse, which is why we're not an overnight-delivery brand. We'd rather send you something fresh.

Delivery estimates are estimates, and they can be affected by carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control.

We do not dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.

Standard UK delivery — £4.99

Free delivery on all orders over £75.

Delivery costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We'll email you as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking number and link where the service supports it. Tracking information can take a little while to start updating after you receive it, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

If your order doesn't arrive

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it's lost, damaged in transit or simply hasn't turned up, email info@su-luna.com and we will sort it out — we'll send a replacement or refund you, and we deal with the carrier ourselves.

Please don't feel you need to chase the courier on our behalf. That's our job.

Getting your address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but once a parcel is with the carrier we may not be able to redirect it.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. We can normally change or cancel an order before it's dispatched.

Once it's on its way, you still have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it — see our Refund Policy for how that works and the cases where it doesn't apply.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
